The gorgeous Josh and Danielle are from Los Angeles, and always adored Italy therefore they decided on a destination wedding in the country - and What better place than Lake Como, in the northern region of Italy, famous for its incredible scenery and upscale glamour for their nuptials!
Below we give you a full run down of the stunning wedding we arranged for the couple. From dusk til' dawn the Bride and Groom as well as loved ones celebrated in true Dolce Vita style. Leaving no stone unturned when it comes to guest experience the wedding celebration was filled with entertainment and special touches to truly reflect the couple and their incredible love.
Welcome Event and Rehearsal Dinner in Milan and lAKE cOMO, Italy

They then enjoyed their rehearsal dinner at Grand Hotel Tremezzo which was a perfect place for guests to enjoy a dolce vita affair.
vILLA balbiano Wedding day
For the big day itself the couple wanted to pull out all the stops and create a beautiful black tie affair.
The couple chose Villa Balbiano, one of the best Lake Como wedding venues for their day. Situated right on the lake and enriched in history as well as grandeur it is truly a show stopping location for a marriage celebration.
As the day began Danielle and her bridesmaids got ready in an elegant bridal suite. She was pampered by a team of beauty experts who delicately applied her makeup and styled her hair into a stunning masterpiece.
Across the lake the groom prepared for the big day with an air of calm confidence. Surrounded by his closest friends and the finest champagne.
Meanwhile our team of Lake Como wedding planners was on site in Villa Balbiano putting together the final touches of the celebration.
It was then time for the guests to arrive in style - via a sleek, elegant fleet of boats, gliding across the lake as they made their way to the grand entrance to begin the celebrations.
As they arrived at the Villa they were greeted by sharply dressed Italian 'Mafia' men who escorted them off the boat. The mafia men expertly ushered the glamorous guests to their seats, ensuring everyone is perfectly positioned for the ceremony with a blend of impeccable service and an underlying air of authority.
As the ceremony began, graceful ballerinas glided down the aisle, their delicate movements adding an ethereal touch to the atmosphere, captivating the guests with every step. Their dancing was followed by a flower boy and the precession of bridesmaids and groomsmen.

At the cocktail reception, vibrant Aperol spritzes flowed freely and instead of the typical guest book the couple organised a vintage rotary phone, inviting guests to leave heartfelt messages that encapsulated the moment of joy. The gardens were alive with laughter as guests engaged in garden games, a nod to the couple's love for game nights. Of course delicious Italian treats were on offer, including a speciality mozzarella station.
While guests relished the ballerinas continued to dance gracefully through the garden, adding a magical ambiance to the celebration. A DJ saxophonist also joined in with vibrant mix of music, blending modern beats with soulful melodies.
Between cocktail hour and dinner our gorgeous bride changed into her second wedding dress of the night...
As the evening unfolded, it was time to reveal the marquee. Wonderfully decorated by our Lake Como wedding planner team in a black & white theme everything was displayed to perfection.
For guests to find their seat, the table plan was cleverly presented as a tequila shot display, allowing guest to take a celebratory shot as they settled in to really set the tone for the evening.
The dinner itself was a feast of exquisite flavours, accompanied by heartfelt speeches, stirring opera music, and a lively band performance.
As the day turned to dusk, the couple embarked on a romantic sunset photoshoot aboard a boat gliding across the serene lake. Bathed in the golden glow of the setting sun, their silhouettes were captured against the breathtaking backdrop, creating timeless and enchanting memories of their occasion.
Then came the moment for the first dance. The couple took to the floor to the sound of Lana Del Rey’s “Young & Beautiful”.
After the couple savoured their intimate first dance, the atmosphere shifted to playful excitement as the bouquet toss began.
As the band preformed their final song, gold confetti cannons erupt in a dazzling shower of shimmering light, marking a spectacular end to the main celebration. The mafia men then escorted the guests to the Great Gatsby-themed afterparty, where the night continued in glamorous, roaring twenties style.
At the afterparty, guests were welcomed with elegant Espresso Martinis and delectable desserts while performers danced in style.
The celebration continued with a moment of sweetness as the bride and groom created and then cut their traditional Italian wedding cake. Following this, they captivated their guests with a spectacular champagne tower. For one night only, the house featured in House of Gucci was transformed into the "House of Sample," a nod to the newlyweds' surname. This stunning venue, now imbued with personal significance, hosted the unforgettable celebration.
Finally the dance floor opened for late-night partying, and the DJ kicked off. Danielle made a striking entrance in her third dress, a glamorous choice perfect for dancing, and joined her guests on the floor, where everyone celebrated in style into the early hours.
To indulge guests late-night pizza truck and gelato truck were organised. Meanwhile, bottles of Dom Pérignon were served with a spectacular flair, lit up to add an extra touch of glamour to the festivities.
As the night drew to a close, the final dance unfolded with Natasha Bedingfield’s “Unwritten” played as the guests sang along, a favourite between the friend groups. Guests sang and danced together one last time before departing on elegantly arranged boats, leaving the celebration with lasting memories of a truly magical evening.
